10 Years of Trust & Referrals From Sea Coast Window & Door

Etched Glass Front Doors

Imagine buying and renovating a home and your contractor tells you that you can’t have something that you really want. This is exactly what happened to Macuqui Robau-Garcia recently. Like most homeowners, she didn’t take no for an answer.

“I had my heart set on etched glass front doors for a house I purchased in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My contractor tried to talk me out of it and told me it would cost thousands of dollars,” Macuqui said. “I asked Dennis Smith at Sea Coast Window & Door if he knew a glass etching company, and that’s how I found Krystal Glass Company.”

Macuqui says she is very pleased with the on-site glass etching done for her by 30-year glass artist Peter Edward of Krystal Glass Company in Pompano Beach, Florida. The project might not have happened if she had not asked Dennis if he knew of a good glass etching company for her front door.

“My door looks absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what I envisioned. Thank you Krystal Glass Company!” she said. Read Macuqui’s 5-Star Google review of Krystal Glass Company.

For more than 10 years Dennis has put his trust in Krystal Glass Company by referring many customers just like Macuqui for projects such as beautiful custom designs on etched glass front doors and windows. We recently interviewed Dennis Smith, president of Sea Coast Window & Door in Pompano Beach, Florida, about the special relationship our two companies share. His company specializes in sales and installation of impact-resistant hurricane windows and doors in South Florida with a quick turnaround time of one week or less.

As an alternative to clear glass, some customers want artwork etched on the glass doors they get from Sea Coast Window & Door. Glass etching offers the timeless beauty of custom designs. The glass can also be etched to give privacy to the occupants in the home’s interior by choosing a design that has lots of coverage or that is etched in reverse.

“My customers love how easy it is to work with Krystal Glass Company,”

Dennis is focused on customer service, and he likes to be able to offer solutions to problems like Macuqui’s and suggestions to people looking for a glass etching company. He refers his customers to us with confidence because he knows they will be taken care of in the same manner that they are used to from him. He says he likes working with Krystal Glass Company because we always follow through.

“I know that you will take control of any referrals and that I won’t have to worry about follow-up,” he said. “I have several sources for glass etching, but I always recommend Krystal Glass Company. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.”

In all the years that Dennis has trusted his customers to Krystal Glass Company for custom glass etching, he has never had a dissatisfied customer.

Peter Edward has also done several personal glass etching projects for Dennis. He etched the entryway of the Sea Coast Window & Door showroom in Pompano Beach about ten years ago. A total of seven glass panels were etched with a custom tropical design featuring palm trees and South Florida plants.

In other years, Dennis had Peter Edward do several glass etching projects at his home. He etched custom designs on two sets of glass entry doors for the home’s exterior. One was a tropical Florida theme and the other was a contemporary design. He etched a beautiful, nude mermaid design on the glass shower enclosure in the master bathroom.

When asked how he would describe the etched glass front doors and the level of quality that we provided for Dennis and his customers, he said “The quality of workmanship has always been top-notch. You can tell by how nicely the design “flows” that the job is never rushed.”

“Choosing an artist is simple,” Dennis said. “When you find a great one, you stick with them, and Peter Edward is a great artist!”
